ringer and wallpaper problem with wireless internet

I use tagtag.com from my wireless browser to try to get ringtones and backgrounds on my phone (lg 4600). For some odd reason it tells me that it is not acceptable then says when you click details it says invalid content type. It says this any picture and I even edited the pics to try to make them work. AS with ringtones i know my phone plays midi files, it says the same thing please help.

You can't download ringers and pictures from the internet with Verizon. You either have to use get it now, or use a cable to put them on.

that is mad lame, verizon is lame. Can I change WAP or something to change it.
