Sorry..i'm hella noob. But umm, Ok so i went to vzwpix.com and I put my number in and added the audio. It was a midi file that was under 30Kb's. Then I sent it, and I got a message on my phone that said.. You've got a Picture or Video Message! To see it. visit www.vzwpix.com/mlib/getpix from any computer and follow the instructions. I bet many of you have already heard this before...but how do I get the midi onto the phone? Same goes for pictures.

ya it does the same thing for me while using my vx4500.

I don't know that the vx4500 supports pix messaging.

As for the other phone. You have to sign up for vzwpix first. Call 611, and they'll tell you how, or visit www.vzwpix.com and find it yourself.

If you don't have picture messaging on your plan, verizon may have picture messages disabled for your account (in their system). Try calling and asking them to check. If they do they can enable it and you still dont have to add picture messaging to your account. Just remember that each message is $.25.
