Hey, i am wondering what would be the better fone for me... i think clarity is important... i dont want lots of dropped calles... im a teen so waht ever has cooler features id like to know too... but what is the better overall fone can any one help me?? thanks...

I have not used either phone, but from what I have seen and heard it is a matter of preference. I belive the VX6000 was reported to have a better camera and screen, but the 8900 had better RF, tri-mode and some other neat things. Do a search.
Also, go to www.wirelessadvisor.com and look up the reviews for the 8900 on that site.

My brother-in-law has the VX6000 and loves it!!! Had it for 3-months and has not dropped a call. When he calls me, the voice clarity is good 85%-90% of the time. He researches products to death, so it must be a decent phone. Or he may be happy because he switched over from Nextel...he hated Nextel with a passion but had to keep his phone # for business.
Anyway, I think both phones have their own pluses and minuses, and would both be a good purchase. See which better suits your needs.

well if you are concerned about the way the phone looks the LG6000 is very very big and ugly. but the camera is better. i would go with the audiovox 8900. if you want a camera just get a digi camera!

my friend has the vx6000 and she was messing with my 8900 and liked it a lot more than hers. i have used her phone and i like my 8900 more also.
