No Digital on CDM-8300

suddenly, 2 days ago the phone drops all digital service, and it won't come back. Tried reset, switched to NAM2 as per
the whiz kids at Telus told me too, but nothing......ideas ?
This phone is on Telus, NAM1, on 16422 channel 384, Analog only now no clock, no touchtones
Any help/advice is appreciated
