How do you disable Apps on 8900?

hey,
I was just wondering if it was possible to disable games and other Apps on the 8900 manually. I have alot of GIN apps and am running low on memory. When I download a new game it disables another one. Now its at the point where I cant get anymore games and the phone slows down a bit. Any suggestions or anyone know how to fix this thanks?
