V600 Cutting Out When It Rings

Recently got Motorola V600. Occassionally when people call, the phone temporalily cuts out, the ringtone cuts in and out and the screen is blank, almost as if it is trying to load the front screen and when the screen does come up and I can finally answer the phone they have rung off. Is this a software problem, have been reading your threads and my S/W version is TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.1DR_A1 AND MY FLEX VERSION IS SE6467AXXB411C. Is this the problem or is it more complicated than that. Please help
