Has anyone had any luck with this company?

I tried to purchase the Camcorder app from them, and when it did not work, I wrote them.

It tooks week to get a response and then they referred me to the 'developer.' He never responded at all.

By then their 30 day refund policy had expired.

So I am stuck with a piece of software that does not work.

I recently had the exact same experience with my Treo 600 and some PalmOne software.

What is with this company?

I had a similar problem with them with software for a p800.

Their customer service is non-exisitent.

I vowed to NEVER buy another thing from them again.

My advice, use Palm Gear HQ.
