8900 caller id????

when i get a call on my 8900 ,all that comes up are the phone #and not the names, does anybody know whats wrong?????

The answer is probably that you are not putting the area code when you save the number in your contacts so you need to go back and add the area code in front of the telephone number so in your contacts it would appear 999-999-9999 instead of what you currently have 999-9999. I hope thins solves the problem
