Help with fixing my WAP

Alrite, I tried to do that thing to get free WAP. Well it didnt work so i tried to enter my old numbers in and it wont let me. Under
UP Link Port Input the first 2 digits in my orginal thing is 00. well it wont let me enter 2 zero's in any idea how to enter them in. please help me. pleaseeeeeee

just put in the two digits. it will automatically put the 00 in front of it.
