What's the cheapest way to buy a new PM-8200 without signing a new contract?

I want to buy a new PM-8200 for my current Sprint plan. I know ebay is an option, but where/how else can I buy a new one for cheaper than $280 without signing a new contract?

$199 @ Costco, and they throw in Spritn branded car charger, ear bud and either a holster or leather case. Just bought 2. No contract required.

Sprint gave me a new 8200 when they wanted to throw easy money at what turned out to be a more complex problem. I've since had to go to Cingular due to bad coverage at my office. I have a virtually new 8200 with all the good stuff, I won't be using it anymore. PM me if interested.
