Hyundai TX-95c/Audiovox 8900 memory problems?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if I could get some feedback or reponse from you guys in regards to a little problem I have.

Often I hear my SMS beep thinking I have a message, but when I open the flip to check I get "Memory full, message rejected."

This is strange because I only have 4 SMS messages in my inbox, and 5 MMS messages. Surely this can't be right.

I even check Free Memory and it tells me 485kb.

Is 485kb not suffient? Is memory pre-allocated to different areas such as MMS, picture albums etc.

It's strange because sometimes I am able to store up to 20 messages.

Hope its not a fault?

Any idea?

Also another thing:

My phone seems to be freezing/locking up alot, including four times today. Most times it's when I am attempting to receive a MMS message. Again, memory shouldn't be an issue, as Free Memory says 485kb, but i'm not certain.

Any ideas?

##1133 END. trying doing that. Be careful, it will reset everything. Thats the only thing i can think of.

Or take it back to verizon and tell them to fix it.
