Help With Wallpaper

If anybody can help me out with resizing this pic, I've down sized once and tried to download to my phone. It keeps telling me that it downloaded ok but can't find it on my phone. This is the one I tried downloading to my phone.

Images must be in .gif format to be loaded onto your phone. The image you have is a .jpeg and will not work.
It's also not the correct size. Images need to be sized to 130x130.
