Problem with Drivers

Hey, all! I've been trying for several days to flash my phoen, but am having some problems that I assume are related to drivers. I have been able to get Phone Tools to recognize the phone, and had no problem transferring data both ways.

The problem comes when I try to run MultiFlashFlex 1.8, the phone cannot be found. I'm assuming that this is beacuse of the multiple driver failures that I am seeing in hardware manager. I've tried reinstalling the drivers with the PST drivers downloaded from MotClub, but they either won't take, or I'm installing the wrong driver for the wrong device.

All of these hardware devices were loaded when I installed PST 6.9.2. The odd thing is that when I run PST, the "establishing connection with Motorola phone" message comes up and never gives me an error. I'm assuming that the absence of an error does not mean success.
