Need help with LG 4015 for At&t

I was wondering if somebody knew a way to send .mid files to the LG G4015 phone from At&t wireless. How many methods are there to add free ringtones to this phone?(i.e. email/IM/TM/data cable) Knowledge of any methods/options and equipment I need would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
