This is the EXACT same problem I'm having with my v710. Is there anyone out there that can help??

If that is better than BIT, I wouldn't mind trying it. They seem to have taken that link down because they realized their "privates" were exposed. Can anyone email me that software? If so, send it to Magliwan@hotmail.com MUCH APPRECIATION!!

i read this entire post and have a couple of questions. i have the vx7000 and wanna know:

1) how do i get the videos i've taken with my phone onto my computer? what do i save them as, what extension do i need to put to play on my comp? (it's in the brew/media folder)

2) if i erase the original images that came with the phone using this program, will it mess anything up?

3) if i erase it from the phone directly, will it mess anything up?

4) i used bitpim with my 6000 before, but wanna use it with my 7000 now and errors keep coming up, even after i uninstalled and reinstalled it. what's going on? how do i get bitpim to work with my 7000?

5) how do i get ringtones to my phone?

6) where do i drag and drop files to:

a) use as my animated screensaver?

b) put ringtones?

7) can i put an animated screensaver on my front lcd?

8) putting all this animation? will it drastcally drain my battery?

i will greatly appreciate any help since these are a lot of questions to be answered, but i just wanna get the most out of the phone and data cable. thanks in advance.

Anyone willing to e-mail me QPST2_7.zip - I will gladly mirror it elsewhere.

I downloaded it on to my laptop a few weeks ago, but it has since had to go in for RMA, and now I don't have it either!

If someone would e-mail the file as a whole to NuAngel@*nospam*NuAngel.net or NuAngel@*nospam*Gmail.com - I will mirror it on a few different servers for you.

OK, a slightly more technical question. Does anyone know to get the RL Editor to read the PRL file in the EFS? I tried to open the file directly, but it said no go.

Thanks

There have been several people having problems locating the USB driver for the future dial cable (when not buying the software).

I was hosting it for a bit since i couldn't recall where i got the file from originally.

Below is the link and login/pass for the site.

The login is "driver2"

Password is "all"

Yes, notice the filename, and the fact that I call it the "NEW" mirror.

I will mirror this DRIVERGUIDE.com "FutureDial" driver file, as well, since it seems to be in demand. I'll get on that later today when I have better access to my server.

QPST UPDATE!!!!!!

There is now absolutely NO NEED to use BitPim anymore. The problem before with QPST was that it did not have an Overwrite option. Well, IT DOES. All you have to do is create a ringtone with the same exact name as the one on the phone that you want to overwrite and drag it into the QPST window. It will then ask you DO YOU WANT TO OVERWRITE?. You just say YES. Then reboot the phone and Voila!.

So if you have a ringer on the phone called macarena.qcp or macarena.mp3 or macarena.mid, and you want to overwrite it with a new song, goodies.mp3 (or.qcp or .mid), then you rename goodies.mp3 on your PC to macarena.mp3 and drag the new macarena into QPST and overwrite. Once its on your phone, you can rename it using your phone to goodies.

Just make sure to have the appropriate extension. So if your song on the phone ends with qcp then you make sure you name the song on your PC with qcp. You dont actually have to convert it to qcp, just rename extension.

Posted by: imagination

the futuredial driver is also available at futuredial.com, there is a button for software download with or without their product.

Posted by: djkym

are people having trouble putting direct .mp3's onto their phones who have version 8?

the old put the files into the user/ringer directory, deleting the 3 index files used to work w/ previous ver, but now, only .mid files get registered, and not my mp3's...

anyone else w/ same prob?

Posted by: blazer380

rename .mp3 to .mid and then put on phone

Posted by: djkym

i remember with past ver (like 6), i didn't have to do that..but i guess with ver 8 we have to now?

Posted by: blazer380

you had to do it with ver 6 too, I have a 6K with ver 6 on it and I have to rename mp3 to mid if i want them to play. if you use Overwrite, then it dont matter, but if u just upload mp3s straight to phone, then u do.

Posted by: jmebonner

Great resouce! After spending most of the night looking all over the internet - mostly here- I got 5 Mp3s uploaded to my Alltel LG LX5450 for ringtones.

I had to do az Blaze said, rename the Mp3s to the same as the .mids taht were already there. Problem is I can't find all the ringtones, just the ones that were stored under sounds. The alltel file system is different than the regular 5450, but does anyone know how to find the regular ringtones? 5 is great, but more would be better

Thanks for everyone's work. NO WAY I could have done this on my own.

blazer, i need your help. i read you tutorial on how to get the videos from the 7000 to your comp, but dont know what to use as the extension. i tried wmv, avi, etc. i would like to use windows media or something commonly used, but dont mind using quicktime, but even with that i cant make it work. could you tell me what i'm doing wrong?

Posted by: blazer380

use the same extension as the phone uses (.3g2), that will only open in Quicktime.

You might try renaming .3g2 to .mov, that works sometimes

Posted by: NYCZMOSTILLEST

i tried and it says "an unknown error occured. the number of the error is -32766" for both extensions. any suggestions?

Posted by: NYCZMOSTILLEST

i also have quicktime player 5, if that matters

i got it....finally. thanks blazer!

Umm there might be a slight problem with this method. If you have a ringer on your phone that is Longer than the one you are overwriting it with, then once the new ringer stops, you will hear the old ringer continue where new one left off. So this method only works great if the ringer you are uploading is Longer than the one currently on the phone........

Wow... i have done it! There is something WAY better than BitPim! Its the official software used by Qualcomm to mess with their phones. I tried this on a LG VX7000 Phone

Download it here:

its 7.19 MB

To put files on and off including ANIMATED GIFS, here are the instructions:

im soo happy ... omg... ok.. u install this program QPST.
then plug in your phone to USB cable into PC

then go to Start > Programs > QPST > QPST Configuration

then click on Ports Tab: u will see com1 and com2
click on Add and type in COM4 for both places
it will then show COM4 Enabled and will show your phone info
Close that and go back to Start > Programs > QPST > EFS Explorer

Then it will show your phone, click OK
u will see Please Wait..... takes 10 seconds
Then u will see the directory just like in Brew.
Go to dload/img
Rightclick in there and choose New
pick the animated gif file and say ok
After that, go to dload dir and delete image.dat
close EFS explorer
Turn off / on your phone
Go to wallpapers, and set the new gif as wallpaper
AND VOILA!!!!
That link does not work. I have been unsuccessful in getting any of the software to work with my phone. The Bitpim software does not see my phone period. the drivers put my phone on com 3 but the Bitpim program only sees Com 1 and Com 2. Is there something i am doing wrong? would appreciate any help.

Posted by: blazer380

both of these tutorials are on my site, but i'll put it for u here:

1) How to find out what Port your phone is on.

Whenever you use QPST, you need to know what port windows assigns to your phone.

After plugging in your phone to the USB cable do this:

1) On your desktop or start menu, Right-Click on My Computer

2) Choose Properties

3) Click Hardware Tab

4) Click Device Manager

5) Find Ports and click the + next to it.

6) You should see LGE in there and it will say (COM8) or some other number
That is what COM port you need to add into QPST Config program.

2) How to assign COM1 or COM2 to your phone permanently.

Plug in your phone to USB.

1) First we will check to see if COM1 or COM2 is available.

2) Right-click on My Computer and choose Properties

3) Go to Hardware tab and click Device Manager

4) Click the + next to Ports

5) You will see the following:

Communications Port (COM1)
Communications Port (COM2)
LGE CDMA USB Serial Port (COM5) or some other COM#
Printer Port (LPT1)

6) Double Click on Communications Port (COM1)

7) Go to Port Settings Tab and click on Advanced

8) Under COM Port Number: Pick something like COM8 or COM9 (only if it doesn't say "used" next to it)

9) Click OK and OK again

10) You will now see:

Communications Port (COM8) (or whatever COM# you picked)
Communications Port (COM2)
LGE CDMA USB Serial Port (COM5) or some other COM#
Printer Port (LPT1)

If you still see COM1 on the first line, close Device Manager and open it again.

11) Now to change the phone to be on COM1

12) Double click on LGE CDMA USB Serial Port (COM5)

13) Go to Port Settings Tab and click on Advanced

14) Under COM Port Number: Pick COM1

15) Click OK and OK again

16) You will now see:

Communications Port (COM8) (or whatever COM# you picked)
Communications Port (COM2)
LGE CDMA USB Serial Port (COM1)
Printer Port (LPT1)

If you still see COM5 on LGE, close Device Manager and open it again.

Now whenever you use any program that detects your phone, it will be on COM1 always.
NOTE: Don't set the phone to the same COM# as any other ones listed or
whenever you plug in your phone, your PC will reboot.

Thanks. I will try it tomorrow and let you know how it went. This has been an experience to say the least.

Hi guys,

I've got an telus LG4600 and everything is set up correct -usb, qpst, SPC, etc. It connects and I get as far as viewing the tree structure and what not. I'm wondering how to add wallpapers, doesn't it require a .desc and body file? what am I to do?? I'm lost!

I've read up and down in this forum and couldn't come up with anything... everything I've tried to send to the phone comes up. "not support image!" when I look in the wallpaper folder.

Many thanks in advance!

Maxed

Posted by: Manokat_T300

I use BitPim. It is easier IMO.

For LG 4600, I think the .desc and body files are necessary.
For wallpaper make sure you have 120x131 image file and save it to .png (portable network graphics), .jpg. Rename the image file to body on Windows XP.
Create a new sub-folder in /usr/wallpapers to what ever you want and dump the .desc and body files in there.

To make it easier for you: create the image file first, and rename it to body then create a new subfolder in /usr/wallpapers and upload the "body" file in that newly created subfolder.
Then look at the size of your body file in Bitpim. Let us know what the size is and how many default wallpapers you have. We can then, help you in making the .desc file including the Hex conversion.

Be extra carefull in browsing EFS. DO NOT DELETE any system folder or file as it can render your phone unusable. Please do it at your own risk!!!

Thanks that would be awesome!!

the file size is 10245, .png

now for the amount of default wallpapers...
in the usr/wallpapers folder there is 1 already there.

I'd like to figure it out myself without bothering you everytime i'd like to upload a pic.. lol.

now, what i tried was adding 156 to that 10245 and put it through the scientific calc on the computer and came up with
28A1 is this correct?? and I followed the steps with the right programs and what not, detailed in the tuts and after I upload the picture was not supported.

maybe after you send the .desc I can open it up with the editor and find out what i was doing wrong.

Thanks for your help.

If you are successful with using BitPim or Brewsky, then just keep using those. If it aint broke, dont fix it.

If you are having trouble with the above mentioned, then you should try the QPST software. It is not meant to be a complete replacement of BitPim, but just another tool to assist in the transfer of files to and from your phone.

Always make sure your phone is turned on and plugged in before starting QPST.

One thing that I have noticed that QPST does better is with the VX6000 phones, you can transfer an mp3 (renamed to .mid) and it works. I have tried the same exact thing with BitPim and the phone would only play files under 30K. With QPST, it plays files over 300K.

This is also the ONLY program that will let you transfer animated gifs to your VX7000.

I haven't really tried out the QPST software yet because there isn't a single guide to using it like Bitpim yet. Can they give you a sticky so that you can have version 1.0, 1.1, etc. of a guide that you update constantly. Like a FAQ on how to do things?

As for Bitpim... I've never gotten the latest versions of Bitpim to work consistently for me. However, the Bitpim .62 modified for vx6000 has been the most consistent. I do not need to rename my mp3's at all. All I do is crop it to 28 seconds (b/c that's how long it takes to go to voicemail; no point in having a longer ringtone) and condense it a bit so I can pile on the mp3's. I can have "this is my long mp3 file.mp3" as my filename with no problems and the files can be any size (within the memory of the vx6000).

Lastly, I know this is silly. But for those peeps out there that get an error message while trying to add a port... You have to type "COM5" (without the quotations of course) or whatever your com port is. I tried typing "5" and I got the port is busy or something error message.

This thread is 18 pages long and info is scattered through. We need a condensed sticky!

I have a vx6000 data cable that I have been using, which worked fine with my laptop, but I just got a new HP desktop.. I installed the drivers off the cd that came with my data cable.. i installed bitpim .62, and qpst also.. tried both of them, and when in bitpim, i try to get and send data, my computer freezes and will not do anything.. in qpst, when I try to add com5 .. my computer freezes up on that too!!!!! i need some help!!! it seems like i have tried everything!!!

Phone: LG 5550
Cable: LG-Lx5400A Dual Data Kit

My situation:
QPST and Bitpim connect and recognize this phone. No problem.

In EFS Explorer however there is no "Download" (or similar) location in the directory for me to place gifs, wallpapers, ringers, etc.

I can load files onto the phone then later see them in the directory but can never see the files on the phone - anywhere.
More troubling is that i can not see any of the stock (OAM) Wallpaper, Screensavers, Ringers etcetera.

Questions:
1) Can someone tell me why i can't see these files? (Existing or downloaded)
2) Do I have to create new "Folders" in "Brew/Share" folder?

Thank you kindly.

Could someone please share if it really matters what brand name of data cable you can buy for you phone. For instance if I buy one from off e-bay for my LX5550 that costs $5 or one that cost $25, will they work the same? I don't want to buy a $25 one if the one that cost $5 does the same thing. Please help me make a decision.

the Drivers are here --> http://www.futuredial.com/support/d...5350drivers.zip

the cable works and all but I have the exact same problem as Eashby. I read through this entire thread... all 19 pages of it and I noticed that there's been 3 or 4 other posts about the lg 5550 and how there's a lack of image.dat or any of those files mentioned that you have to delete.

You can copy the file to the phone but when you try to find any of the previously mentioned. hopefully someone out there has been successful with the lg 5550 and can help me out

Hey!

Will QPST work with a Sanyo SCP-5500 (VM-4500)?

Tom

Posted by: lucius

So when I upload pictures and ringtones and delete the image.dat or sound.dat, all the ringtones and images I have set for people in my contact list are messed up. Does anyone know how to transfer images and sounds without messing up your contact list settings?

Posted by: bengbrewer

Could someone post another QPST link? or email me a link at bengbrewer@gmail.com ?? The link in this thread is broken

Yeah, none of the links/mirrors are working and I'd like the file too. Please E-Mail me if you have it.

i cant even install QPST on my computer, i click on the setup and when it starts installing it says that the installshield file iKernel.exe couldnt be found and that it cant read from the specified file and then just quits, i have windows ME and this is the first time ive ever had a program say this when trying to install it, am i doing something wrong or do i need some other file to install this program? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Posted by: KillerKeller_jr

Try using BitPim it is compatible with ME.

Posted by: RTAdams89

Ok. People who need to download the program:

Search google for "QPST2_7.zip" It wil lgive you lots of links.

Also. Several of the phones have different fiels trees. I knwo that my LX5450 with alltel service is compleatly different. All the same fiels are there, but the are arranged differently and may be named soemthign else. So these "hacks" might or might not work.

Finally: For cables. Cables cost very little. What yo uare usually paying for iis the software. if oyu buy from say your carrier they give you their software and a cable. If you buy fro mebay or such you get a cable and freeware programs or a burnt copy of soem other software.

i have a 5450 and im on TELUS.....does anyone kno if i cant get animated gifs on my phone?? im guessing not cuz the file system is pretty much the exact same as the vx6000...but im not about to read 20 pages to find out

I realize this is pointless but does anybody know
if they have the program for Mac? If not I guess
I'll just use Virtual PC to use it.

Not to worry, us mac users are in good shape with bitpim. it works natively with os X and handles quite alot of phones. Datapilot also just came out with a OSX version for even more phones , but it actually c osts money.

if you have to use QPST, virtual PC does work fine.

Posted by: RTAdams89

I was trying to use the Service Programing Application that is part of QPST. However, when I try to downlaod my updated settigns to my phoen I get an error about the roaming tables being empty. Where can I download teh romaing table for my phone from?

Well after doing a little research i discovered that all you need to do is delete the "sound.dat" file and when the phone restarts it will recreate it for you. Everything is working great again.. and i am now able to add songs and images to and from my phone... thanks anyway everyone!

This may seem like a stupid question from a newbie but here goes. I ordered a cable from E-bay which is for the LG6100. My question is with regards to the setup in QPST. The requirements are that I have a COM port available. If my cable is USB how do I get the program to function? Does the FutureDial USB Diagnostic Serial Port Drivers make the program recognize the USB as a COM port? The stuff I've read about the cable typically refers to Bitpim program and not QPST. I'd start asking some other questions that deal with this but I'd probably prove my ignorance.
I know this is off the subject but can anyone explain the NAM settings on the phone in plain english. I'm in one of those pretty bad reception areas when at home and I've seen the phone go to analog for a little bit but I've also had it dump calls without even picking up in analog. Thanks in advance for the help. I did do a search on the NAM thing and didn't find anything helpful.

Newbie,
Don

Posted by: KLH

Just to help you understand handoffs with phones.
When you are talking on a cell phone, (lets say your in a car driving around) and you switch towers that you are on, it is a soft handoff, which means you don't lose the call.
When you go from Digial to Analog, it is a hard handoff, which means you will get disconnected.

You might want to force your phone into an ANALOG only mode while at your house. If I remember correct it is
MENU > 0 > 000000> 3 (or whatever the force mode menu is).

And to answer your first question, your computer should automatically assign a COM port as soon as you plug in your phone to the USB cable.

CDMA LG LGIC-LGWDP4.6.zip

Okay a little history to help peeps understand where Qualcomm comes into play... Code Division Multiple Access, AKA CDMA was co developed by Qualcomm Corp and the US Military. It became availabe to the citizen sector back around 1997 or 1996. Qualcomm use to make their own phones, but since then has sold off the manufacturing aspect of their phones to Kyocera, another mass-production Korean based electronics company. Qualcomm however stayed in business on the development side - rightly so as they have the one and only patent for the technology. So, that means that any company that uses CDMA technology at any band is using a Qualcomm chipset. Verizon, Sprint, Qwest, Nextel, and a few others all have this in common. All phone manufacturers who provide phones to them use Qualcomm chipsets... whether it has the little Qualcomm symbol on it or not (it might on the back of the phone under the battery).

If this program works on any Qualcomm phone (software of course being more the issue), than it will work with any phone with any CDMA provider. Hope this helps!

Is there anything I should be concerned with using the QPST program on a LG VX6100? Verizon is my carrier.

Posted by: msm808

Ok first off I'm not computer ignorant, so don't worry about all the com port nonsense I got that figured out. Next i have all the drivers cables ect. I have the QPST PROGRAM.

Heres my problem when i'm in the configuration program and i add the port for the phone (Yes I have the right Port) My computer attempts to communicate with my phone (VX7000). But it never gets anywhere it just "Attempts" endlessly or freezes. I believe it lies in my phone not willing to talk. I have read most of the pages of this post and can't quite get my problem figured out. But i promise i know what port its on LOL.

PLEASE HELP ME!

Heres and easier breakdown

I have the vx6000 drivers installed
I have the usb data cable
The phone is recognized through my computer
QPST is functional
But when adding the phone my computer can't get the phone to talk and just sits there attempting endlessly or freezes

Posted by: crav

Blazer,

in relation to the LG VX-7000
do you have a website that you have the QPST info on?

both of the post you have about the Qualcomm software are pretty informative, but i"m racking my brain over why my computer see's a VCOMM port, but in the actual QPST configuration it will not allow me to create another port, only rename the com1 and com2 port that are there. and that doesn't do anything for me.
My OS is win98SE, but I think that's ok

could you give some more specific details on configuration and include what OS you use? thanks

hey msm808, what OS do you use and how did you get QPST to understand your com port? any details would be great, i"ve read all relevant posts in this forum but to no avail,

Posted by: msm808

I have XP, and i to make it understand i used the drivers i got with the verizon data cable

But in reality the phone doesn't really inderstant QPST i guess

Posted by: dripka

or is the dowload link NG?

Posted by: xdressingmidget

I went and bought the cable kit from Verizon last night and installed the drivers. (I am running XP Pro) Then I fired up QPST, no phone showed up in the com port listing, so I started adding ports all the way to 7 or 8 I think before it started rejecting them. Nothing. So I installed the phonebook app that Verizon supplied, it found the phone right away and said it was on COM5. So I checked out my phone book in the phone for a second, closed the phone book app, and reopened QPST. Then deleted all COM ports other than COM5 (it requires restarting QPST for the deleted to clear, so I did that) After restarting the program and unplug and re-plugging the USB to the phone it found the phone. I plug the phone in to USB, then start the QPST app and it finds it every time now. I can move files to and from the phone but I still can't get animated GIFS to animate, I'm going to keep reading on this forum and hopefully figure out the jacked format it must need to be all copasetic.

For those who can't get the link to work, search the net for the file name. That's how I found it.

hey xdressingmidget,
as stated in many of these posts (and you've probably already read it by now)
the vx-6000 can not do animated gifs, and I'm pretty sure that applies to the 6100.
the vx-7000 on the other hand does play them. I took this off the bungie.net site and put this on my phone and it plays about a third as fast.

Posted by: xdressingmidget

Yeah same in my phone. I made an animated GIF file and it plays from a pix message like you said, really slow, which is fine. The phone has default wallpaper choices that are animated. It's just a matter of getting the format down and replacing the right files. I assume the .bit files are the default animations, but they must be libraries or something because there are 11 choices in the phone and I can only find three .bit files browsing with QPST.

Posted by: blazer380

ok, i'm not sure about Win98SE. I have been working with XP Pro.

If QPST is not recognising your COM port, i suggest manually assigning a COM port to your phone. (COM1 or COM2). If you are not sure how to do that, I have the tutorial on my website. (www.mp3ringtones4u.com)

The only phone that will play animated gifs is VX7000. If you need the tutorial on that, its on my site too.

If you guys are having issues with QPST, I suggest downloading BitPim (7.24 or later). It works good. (www.bitpim.org)

I've followed the instructions to upload an animated GIF on the VX7000, I even tried to install the GIF that Blazer put on his phone. I get the hazard triangle in my PIX gallery.

Is there a specific way to get the file so that it stays in animated format, to then put onto the phone as an animation?

Savant

Posted by: blazer380

u need to use QPST with a USB cable to transfer the file to dload/img

then u need to delete image.dat in dload folder

then close QPST and reboot phone

Posted by: dvntsvnt

I've gotten it to work, it was more a matter of transferring the image from its source to my computer in its still animated format.

What I had to do was find an image, isolate it, compose an email message with the image as an attachment... strange so far, i know... take the image from the draft email message put it on my desktop. Once there I would view the image file, if it is still animated, from there I would start up QPST and follow the directions.

File ->Save As; didn't work as simply as it should have. The animations turned into flat image files. Transferring that flat image of the animation didn't take well the the VX7000 environment.

So to recap, Blazer's instructions work, but make sure your animated image file is still an animated file on your computer!

Oh and people, stop asking if this will work on the VX6000, Blazer's gone over that several times, IT WILL NOT.

Savant

Will this work with a Cingular LG L1400 phone. I just got it, and I don't know what data cable to get either.

No it will not. QSPT and/or BITPIM are for CDMA phones. The LG L1400 is a GSM phone.

Im having some trouble connecting to my lg 5450 with qspt.
I setup my com port in QPST Configuration, then i start EFS Explorer and it shows my phone/esn and whatnot. But when try to connect to it, it says my service programming code is incorrect. Am i supposed to change the spc number to something else other then 000000?
Im able to upload images/ringtones with bitpim with ease.

Posted by: Gidget

yes u have to change the spc number it says earlier on the post how to doit, i have noticed that no one really answers the lg5450 people?
well i have a question there aren't really iimage.dat files for our phone so how we supposed to do it i can do everything fine with bitpim but everyone is saying this is better but how? and on lginfo it has nothing on the 5450 everything is for the 7000 but the file sstems are diffrent

Posted by: peachpuff

Ok now i found it, the spc number was in that nvm directory.
I dont see either how its better then bitpim, you still have to make the .desc files when uploading ringtones or images.
I havent had much luck uploading games with either though.

u have to give me sometime i haven't done it ina while and i have to remember i dont think it was that hard thow, i know uneed a jar file, now u aren't using usr, u are going to use the ams file, i probably wont describe it to well so try this http://members.shaw.ca/lg5450/gamesguide.html
this is from john00 he had a better site but toped and this one is still up, if u have ne good games let me know where u got them form and i also can tell u how to take a sample game that u download and switch it to lik 999 trys rather then just 2 k just let me know
ps that is with bit pim

Posted by: peachpuff

I followed that guide, but when i tried to launch the game nothing happens. Tried it like a dozen times with different games but had no luck.
I got around 42 megs of games, i got a cd that came with my data cable and its full of games/ringtones/wallpapers.

Posted by: Gidget

did u change the content info and did all the games ahave a jar and jad file
?

Posted by: peachpuff

Yup i did, i made a 00 directory for saves in the ams dir, renamed the games to 00.jar and 00.jad and uploaded them to the ams directory and edited the contentinfo file. I followed that guide exactly and nothing worked, maybe these games arent compatible with the lg5450? Or maybe i screwed up the content file, can someone copy and paste what they have in their file just so i can compare it to mine.

Posted by: Gidget

well i guess simce i am the only one helping u i guess that means me i can but it wil have to be tomarrow k, i'll take a screen shot of my ams section and the content info k and if it still doesn't work then maybe after that u can try sending me a game and i will try it on my phone and if that doens't work i can send u one of mine k but again tomaroww k see ya

There are plenty of links posted on this thread that still work. Just cause the first link posted doesn't work, doesn't mean there isn't one that works. Try going back a page and reading the 20 posts saying "The link is dead" with a reply with a working link!

Just trying to find out if anyone has the "zip" / "rar" of this file. The short cut doesn't work anymore and I would love to play with this software.

Again I post this, in hopes that someone will actually read THIS and actually just LOOK back a page or two where it is posted. And now that I post this, I know that there will be a link on this page as well, because there is a link to it in my sig.

Klh i understand how u can be frustrated i noticed it right away and had no problems and it is not that hard to see, people ae just not paying attention.

so for ne one that needs it spelled out for them the at the bottom of each one of klh's posts there is a web site very easy to see all u have to do is move your mouse over it and then double click and it will bring you to the web site, if u actually read all of the posts (and i know it takes a while but i did it, skimming wirks too) then you would have noticed this 10 pages ago. give the guy a break and look.

i am not trying to be mean but he has made it obvious and he has taken the time to make the website (or find it dont really know) and u guys keep bugging him when there is no need
