I just wanted to ask u guys where can i get free ringtones in an mp3 format for my motorolav400 and do i need the usb cable or can i just send them to my phone? thanks u guys and hope some one can help me out.

You can make them yourself; check the VXX Howto's
As far as sending them goes, you CAN download them from your phone but that gets expensive so i would get a usb cable if i were you. They are about $8 incl. shipping on eBay.
