How can I get the lock code for spc-4000?

Hello !
I have a spc-4000 that the dealer cannot unlock.
The procedure is:
##aaaaaa (aaaaaa is a 6 digit lock code)
scroll to save
press ok. If the lock code is correct, the esn is displayed.
Telus customer care and Telus repair cannot provide the right lock code.
Is there a way to make the phone usable?
