cam and ringtone question

j/w but i just got my usb cable and ive been using the bitpim software for about 2 days now and i was wondering if there was any way to upload pictures to the /cam area. if you could would you be able to use them as wall paper? u guys kinda get what im saying? but also as for the ring tones does anyone have Love song by 311 in mp3 and any mp3 ringers by utada hikaru? not sure how to make my own ring tones yet but im working on it. thnx all.
