When will the carriers add MDS?

Does anyone have any inside info on which carriers(Mainly TMO) will be adding MDS to their Blackberry plans, and when? This seems like a no brainer to me, it would actually make the Blackberry a full package. It is a huge turnoff to myself as well as countless others to have to either pay extra, sometimes $30 or more per month, or live with a $400 semi-supported device. HTML is something that needs to be added.

Good question.
The general consensus seems to be when BWC 4.0 gets released. Several carriers such as Rogers will probably support this immediately, while other carriers might not. Time will tell.
