Use WinMoDo program to flash firmware to your X70...
Just do a google search, dont have a link right now for it.

I read a thread before about how to flash and I saved it. Here it is for you
NOTE: this is not written by ME
right, this is the procedure I used
1. Obtained the following files
WinModo 1.4 (x70 version)
XA70DA28.rff (Main Firmware)
LP70N_V66.lpk (Language Pack)
The cable I used is a Mobile Action MA-8320P USB-x70 Data Cable, bought from Ebay along with the USB Phone Manager Software
Ran WinModo 1.4 selected the two files (firmware & language pack), changed the baud speed to 19200 (as all the other speeds came up with a Rx Error immediatly upon connecting the cable to the phone, I also disabled the Boot Update
Make sure the phone is switched off, click Start Download, then plug the cable into the phone, and you should see the external display on the phone with a status (like recieving flash)
Once it had finished (took about 85 mins on 19200 speed) switched the phone back on, checked the firmware version with *#9999# all was ok, then checked everything still worked
All my data was still there, including my contacts etc
People have been looking around for guides, so here's one I just put together of the steps I took to upgrade my x70 from A19 to A30. It's loosely based on slunt's guide (just givin credit where it's due) which is what I followed when I flashed mine.
Before you start, read the notes at the bottom.
Get the following files:
WinMoDo v1.4
A30 Code for X70
Language Pack
Get a cable: MA-8320P
1. make sure your phone is fully charged.
2. turn the x70 off, remove the sim, replace the battery
3. plug cable into usb port in your PC
4. open winmodo, go to the settings menu and choose the correct com port and baud rate. (com port can be found using the usb-handset manager software included with the cable (or in the control panel), and the baud rate can be found by going through your system hardware properties.. the default is 19200)
5. for the language pack section, browse and find the language pack file you downloaded above.
6. do the same for the code file.
7. select the "options" menu and make sure "boot update" is selected. (When I flashed my phone, this was the ONLY option selected..I have not tried flashing with any other options checked in this menu)
8. click start download, plug cable into phone. WinMoDo will say "communicating".
9. press the power button on the phone.
10. winmodo will delete the old firmware and upload the new one when it's done. At a baud rate of 19200, it will take 85 minutes, but u can change the baud rate of your com port in your system properties to make it go faster (it's been completed in 20 minutes by others).
11. when it's done, remove the cable, replace your sim card and turn the phone on.
Notes:
Flashing, believe it or not, can screw up from time to time. Even if everything you do is "correct", things can still go wrong (ie. stopping in the middle of an upload). Weigh the risks with the rewards before starting.
I am only paraphrasing what Slunt wrote in his guide in a previous post. neither of us can be held responsible if you try this and your phone ceases to work. this is a GUIDE and a pretty rough one at that, but it's been proven to work a number of times by different people. Even though the exact steps may not be the same, it's all pretty much standard. Again, flash your phone at your own risk.
The files that worked for me are the ones noted above, if you chose other files (like other language packs) then do so at your own risk; I only mention this because I haven't tried any other files, but I should point out that slunt was able to upload different language packs to his phone with no appearant problems.
Lastly, don't be stupid.
