question about finding a USB cord for my phone

Hey, does anyone know if i can get the USB cable for my LG VX3200 so i can upload some wallpapers and ringtones to it? and maybe how much they are.......i just bought the LG VX3200 free up phone with VZW......and it dosent have "get it now" so i thought i can just upload the rintones and what not......thanks...

the easiest way to do ringtones on the 3200 is by voice memo
the other is file replacment process.
wall papers : nobody has done it yet, but i'm still trying
