I cannot for the life of me get the volume to rise on my MP3's without making the file size unusable for a ringtone. Is there anyone out there who would not mind bumping up the volume on 3 or 4 ringtones for me if I sent them via email?
I would really appreciate it and so would my wife as I have been working on this for a day (to no avail) and she is pissed.

do this:

download a program called GoldWave and you can edit mp3s and wavs with it.

http://www.goldwaving.com/downloads/gwave508.exe

u will also need to download LameWin32

http://www.mp3-tech.org/software/encoders/lamewin32.exe

install those both and you can do what u needed to do before.
