Ringtones & themes for LG TM-510?

I've been Googling for ringtones and themes for my LG TM-510 phone, but so far no luck. I'm pretty sure that ringtones will need to be monotime and themes will need to be b&w, so the files themselves should be simple enough - if I could find them. It would really be neat if I could find out how to make them myself. Anybody here know where to get / how to make these files?
I have a usb data cable that came with My Verizon Mobile Office kit (uses the phone as a modem). Is that what I need to upload these files to my phone once I get them?
