starting to hate the slider....

ok i'm on my forth slider:
1st - died after to big file download (they didn't know what to do so they gave me another)
2nd - lines across the screen
3rd - had it for 5min but gave it back cause they gave me one that had scratches on the screen
4th - gonna go back tomorrow, i am sick of them givin refurbished phones, this one turns off for no reason, i try to change the banner and it turns off and shows an error, error while charging. Froze when incoming call was recieved, shut off while typing a txt msg.

Maybe the phones don't like you!!!

I overload my first one, i got a refurbish one the first time, then i had to use my insurance the second time (inside reasons) but I got one from insurance and it was cool. other overloading the phone (which was my fault) the phone is been perfectly fine for me. I heard they disccontinued them!

terrible phone. my software crashed three times (had it for two weeks). They wouldn't take it back (SaskTel) because I was over 100 mins. So they sent it for warranty repair. Kyocera sent me a new phone after a month. I returned that one and got my money back.
-Terrible software
-keypad too small
-slides open in pocket
-lousy battery life

wow, I hope i don't have problems with my slider, i just got it about a month ago, its working fine.

hey Bova80, i'm figuring you must like something about the phone if you got it 4 times (or is it the insurance?)

wow, you guys suck at using phones

ive had mine ever since it came out on virgin mobile (almost a year?) and have not had 1 problem ever

i just don't feel like paying $200 some for a new phone cause verizon is gay and keeps giving me ones that don't work. and to say i suck at using a phone is a pretty dumb comment seeing as how the only mistake i made was the first one with the file size. anyways i am on my 5th phone and it seems to be working fine, i made them give me a new battery as well cause that could have been the problem. stupid verizon said the only way they wouldn't give a refurbished phone was if i bought a new one, which is retarded cause the phone is 2 months old and i paid for a new one not all these refurbs.

Why do you think that you deserve to get a new phone after you broke the first one on your own?

ok first off, they could do nothing with the phone, 2nd off because if they are gonna keep giving me pieces of ×××× i think as many times as i go in there i deserve one, this isn't the first phone i had problems with them, the fact is verizon has ×××××× phones.

HA HA HA, yeah, phone-using has become extremely complicated. But my slider is working fine for me too so far, hope i'm saying the same thing as you in a year.

well just when i thought the phone was working fine today the microphone on it stopped working, i can hear who calls but they can't hear me, and i did nothing to it so you can't blame me

Dude, you have had some serious bad luck. Politely tell VRZ that you would prefer a new phone that works the way yours was intended to work. My experience has been that an appreicative attitude works wonders with people in service jobs. I can't tell you how many times I've been on a flight that cancels and after hearing passengers yell at the gate agent, they really appreciate it when I say to them: "Look I know this is not your fault.....so thanks for helping me get to........"

It is like magic and a lot more pleasant for both them and me. Just might help.
