Bitpim retrieves data but will not upload...any ideas?

I have the pm-8200 with the drivers from the sanyo website and also have the futuredial 8100 drivers. I am using the data cable from futuredial.

I can get bitpim to download contacts/ringers/wallpaper etc... but when I go to send data via data>send phone data all I get is an option to replace.

This happens with ethier driver.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
