Scp 6000 Crash!!!

well, it happened to me too. my SCP 6000 has officially crashed and i'm pissed. be careful with this phone people. it's messed up.

Is this related to the software for syncing with a PC and downloading ringers and pictures?

this has everything to do with downloading stuff into the 6000. just be careful. i had no problems downloading until i tried downloading two pictures consecutively without letting the phone startup in between each individual download. my advice... download everything ONE AT A TIME whether it be a ringer or a pictures. after you download one thing... let the phone reset, and then do the next download and so on. this may not be the solution, but that's the only thing i noticed when the phone crashed on me.
