Trouble with S56 and Bluetooth

I recently purchased a Bluetooth adaptor for my computer, and am using it to try to add ringtones to my S56.
I am able to get both devices to connect, but cannot figure out how to transfer files.
The phone, again, is an S56 and the computer is a Shuttle P4 desktop running Windows XP Pro.
