The GX32 has got everyting that the GX22 has and more:

GX32 has an expandable card slot, able to hold more items. GX22 does not.
GX32 has more internal memory than GX22
GX32 has a 1MP camera, GX22 has a 310kp camera
GX32 has bluetooth, GX22 has no bluetooth (bluetooth good for handsfree only)
GX32 has a larger external screen than the GX22
GX32's internal screen is 262k colours, GX22 is 65k with capability of displaying 262k (software)

That's basically it!

No, it's not possible to send files by bluetooth with the GX32. This is because it is a free method of sending files, which has been blocked to force customers to use MMS instead (see other threads for more details). The Infrared is not much better either.

This is however a software problem, not a hardware problem (i.e. the phone has the capibility for file transfer, it just has been locked). Hopefully, someone will come up with a hacked firmware that removes these restrictions! See the "GX30 Restrictions" thread for more info.
