help transferring rings to t616 with cable

Does anyone know of a program that allows you to transfer ring tones to a t616 using the sony ericsson usb data cable. i can get the phone to transfer pictures and my contacts fine but i have no idea where to find a program that will do the rings as well.
On another note what kinds of cases are people using for their phones. im trying to find a low profile one that still looks good on the phone and keeps in functional. Thanks for the help.
