to curitel users:

hi i got my audiovox 8900 cable from ebay for 10 bucks and the software called PCsync TX-95C asks me for some password when i want to connect my phone to the computer. does anyone have any idea what that password is or how i can find it myself? im very confused..

the pass code is the original pass code for the phone from the factory setting...mine was just 0000...and should be for you unless you changed it... i need to know how to download ringtones to my phone using the data cable...any help?

You're going to love this program, really easy to make changes on your phone.

For me, the password is the last four digits of my phone number (default setting).

sigh* the passwords 0000 and the last 4 digits of my phone number dont work. i doubt i changed the password bc i dont even know how to. how do u or how do u find out the password?

before when i first tried the program a couple of times the 0000 password worked untill i realized after my phone connected it wouldnt let me load anything up, bc my cable wasnt even connected to the computer. after i connected it. no password worked.

i even tried uninstalling it and installing again but no luck. the program doesnt even uninstall all the way...if that makes any sense...

If you are talking about the program password (used to start the program), it's whatever you asssigned it to be (I left it blank.)

If you are talking about the security code used for the program to connect to the phone, it's the code you use to unlock the phone. (menu,7,4). The default is the last four digits of your phone number.

You could try changing the phone's code and then use THAT as the password when the program asks.
