Hi,

I am interested in getting a Blackberry but I dont live in the US. I would be using this on the TIM GSM network here, so it would have to be the tri-band model, I believe 7730...

Is there any difference between the 7730 and the 7780 except for the band difference in 850?

How often are new models released, and is software always being released that is compatible for older models? (Basically, will the unit become obsolete quickly?)

Finally, what is the price on should expect to pay for a blackberry without service? I havent really seen them in shops, where can I find it online?
