Would anyone know what software (and where to get it) I need to be able to use my LG4600 phone for dial-up purposes to access internet?

I purchased a USB cable on eBay without any software (just the drivers) and understand you need some sort of conectivity kit (like Verizon sells for $60) to access the internet from my laptop. Any ideas or suggestions would be greately appreciated...
