8200 Problems!

Alright, i got a couple problems with my PM-8200. Here they are in no specific order!!!
1. I have a futuredial USB datacable and futuredial SnapSync and SnapMedia. For some reason none of the software can detect my phone, is there an update for it so it will, if so, can someone point me to a url.
2. I have seen alot of posts of people trying to get animations done on the PM-8200, but not one post that i have read has found a way of doing it yet, is there something i am missing, a post or something? If so, could ya point me in the right direction, to read up on it?

BTW:
I have also tried using BitPim which will not work either. Any suggestions. The USB cable works fine when i need to get on the net.

Ok, i got a solve to my second problem, but gettin SnapSync or SnapMedia or BitPim to see my hpone still poses a small problem, any ideas?
