Siemens Time Zone Sync problem

Hi there,
I'm using the sync feature of the Siemens data suite, and it's screweing up my calendar. I think my Microsoft exchange server is in a different time zone than where I am, and all of my appointments are saved at an incorrect time. Is there anyway to fix this. I've set my timezone properly in my phone to my current timezone (Siemens M55)
