Notes folders and 7280

We have a user who is using a 7280, software 3.7.0.76 and Desktop Manager 3.6.2.9 in conjunction with Lotus Notes 6.02 CF2. On the 7280, when he goes into View Folders (under email), he does not see all his Folders thas he has created in Lotus Notes. He has approx 70 folders in Lotus Notes and is only seeing 10 of them. Is there a limit to how many folders a user can view on their 7280? If not, how can I get all his folders to sync up?
