The SK65

I made the fatal mistake of going on the Siemens mobile site only to find they're going to be releasing a clutch of beautiful and functional mobiles.

They're looking like a force to be reckoned with

nice choice

I couldn't agree more! Siemens is really putting out some nice phones out there, it's just a bummer that only a fraction of them will probably come over to the US. I've been waiting a while for something to replace my old S46, I think I'll go for the CX66 (CX65 in Europe) when it becomes available.

I've always associated Siemens phones with refined European styling, or at least I always imagined them being pretty popular in Europe, as Motorolas (junk) are here in the US. Or maybe my wife is right and I'm just plain silly. Either way, the new line of phones they're releasing are awesome!

Hey Churutas, I've always associated this phone, you, Siemens, anything European or white as crappy! How's that?

Then you're a racist!

I want this phone!! I just need to know more about how RIM would work with this phone and all that stuff. I'd be nice if this had a camera but then again so many establishments here in the US prohibits camera so that's ok if this phone doesn't have it. I got to lazy to read if it can connect to a network as what mpx100 was promising. It'd be nice if it can.

Fourblades, you and me both man! But we're half way through the third quarter and still no word on a specific date, or exactly who'll carry it.......

Hmm... SK65 is niiice. The others I'm not so sure about - I guess I'd have to see them in person to make a proper judgement.

My 2 cents.

there's apparently two version of this, one with blackberry tech. and the other a push to talk thing. Anyone knows more about this?

fourblades: it's features will vary from country to country, depending on what's supported by providers in those countries.

Same as with Wireless Village, it's deactivated on my S65 (bought from Germany), but S65s sold here in the UK have it activated (at least the Vodafone Live version).

I just bought Siemens M65 to replace the Nokia 7250i. I can say that itīs a nice change to own a up-to date Siemens. The camera is quite good (better than Siemens M55 with IQP-500) and the design is very good looking, itīs probably targeted for younger and active phone users.
