GD67 problem

I recently drop my GD67 and cracked the LCD. I took it apart and installed a new one. But now when I try to make a call it keeps coming up Call Rejected . I also can not receive any calls or use the WAP.
I have a signal and it says O2 – UK, so I still have network coverage. And it’s not the SIM card, because it works in my other phone.
Any body know what the problem could be?
