i'm not sure if this has been said before.. but here's a link to the USB driver that Futuredial uses ( its a third party driver, not their own)

i have a vx7000 and could not get the lg vx6000 usb driver to work wiht my pc. but once i installed that driver.. everything went dandy.

I had the same problem. Finally found the 3rd future dial drivers through a google search. Works great!
