new computer can t find host file

i got a new xp pro system at work and cant find the host file to change

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

i did the host file says
127.0.0.1 localhost
216.19.0.250 idenupdate.motorola.com

i know if you are using the webjal server, the line should read
127.0.0.1 idenupdate.motorola.com
you can put a # in front of the 127 to allow normal use
