BItPim + Cricket 8900 not working

I just tried to get bitpim to work with both my laptop and my PC and both times now it hasn't worked. It used to work with my PC, but after a reformat, it no longer will recognize my phone. I have the drivers installed, etc. Any ideas? Here's a log of me trying to access the phone's file system.
