HI Guys;
Got the great program Brewsky 8900 for my Verizon cell phone CDM 8900. Finally figured out what they meant by go to "Get It Now", after you uploaded anything to your cell phone They should have said - Go to "Get It Now", Don't look anywhere after connecting, just close out. Then go to your Settings or Media Gallery, and the pictures you uploaded will be there. Note: Verizon doesn't like GIF files. IT can handle .png, .jpg, .bmp. Go to Microsoft Photo editor and save the picture as .png. IT likes .png best.
I connect first using Bitpim, close Bitpim, connect using Brewsky on Com 5 and Verizon. I have many USB ports, and com 3 didn't work. Connected with Bitpim using LG-Vx6000, and COM 5.
Hope this helps everyone. I sure had to try a lot of ways to get the answer.

You are somewhat wrong...the 8900 will accept GIFs. However, they must be e-mailed to your phone for the phone to acknowledge the GIF filetype.
