ringtone volume

hello hopefully someone can help me
when i receive a call, after about 15 seconds the volume will cut drastically....and i was wondering if anybody has had the same problem..i would really like to know how to solve it...i don't know if it matters that the ringtone is downloaded? please help
i have an audiovox CMD8900 camera phone.
