GX 30 call problem

When I try to make a third call , I receive a advise telling me that my service is not available and I must contact Vodafone.Any explanation - I can still send MMS,SMS and receive calls!

what do u mean by third call?? 2 way call?

That mean for example:It's possible to do three calls but when I try to do another one, I receive a voice message telling me that's is impossible make a call due to indisponibility off my service.
