i want to know if the accessory for the scp4500 are the same of the scp4000?

Since they are essentially the same handset, nearly identical in its exterior, then yes.

only difference would be in the 'leather' case for the phones. the red LED and maybe some of the button on the side are located different. I once had a 4000, bought a case for it, then got a 4500, found out the case was too tight for it and that some of the holes were off. (this all depnds on the case brand too i guess)
