I830 Wallpaper and Ringtone Loading?

How is this done? I got my USB cable? Now what.. Would be nice to see a FAQ that shows the steps for this and other phones..
All I know is that the wallpapers needs to be 130x130 and in GIF format..
Can anyone help? Please?
