Hi!

There is a new version of SystemAlarms available for the Treo 600 (and other palmOS devices, but specifically for the Treo 600). This software allows you to set different alarms to warn when you have low battery level, low memory, low space on SD card, and lots more. I've been using it for a week and it's saved me a few nightmares already, you should check it out, its totally free too
