Just got the 8265 for 30 bucks cause I'm cool like that. now I'm all *edited* off cause I can't get the Providor logos to change. X-( Grrrr......Anyone know if I can do this with a data cable?
ALSO....What I really want is the 8890, However Cingular's GSM system isn't up and running here yet. So I can't switch to GSM. Anyone know TDMA boards that would fit in the 8890 housing, or how I may get my grubby little cellphone lovin mits on the 8890 housing? Could the 8265 board fit in the 8890? AND AND AND!!! Whats the network code to turn on internet on the 8265. Because cingular is launching its ability in the 8265 soon. I just need the code to turn my option on.

And the enhancement code for the 8265, if anyone has that. lol. I am the Nokia King, I just haven't figured out this phone yet. grrrrrr...

Would the board from my 8265 fit in an 8890 housing?

What is the programming code to turn on my WAP internet on the 8265?

And what is the code to enhance my signal, while depleting my battery?

I've seen the board from the 8265. It actually looks a lot closer to that of the 8290 board, except the outer key contacts are a little further to the outer edges of the board. The charger, headset, and spkr contacts look like they can align up properly though. Haven't got to try it myself, but I can look into it for sure.

there is no code. It's disabled completely in the first gen 8265s.

My nokia Rep said it may have to be flashed to turn it on. But it is in there. With Field tests and such you can get to Net Meeting.
