my phone is an audiovox 8900(im with telus but it doesnt matter,u just need wap i guess)its pretty easy to make ur own wallpaper for ur phone from any pics u have on ur pc.
-First u gotta make it small enough for ur phone.just a little bit bigger than the actual size of the screen(120x160 for me) will do(the phone seems to resize it anyway,noy sure)

-after editing ur pic,ur gonna save it as a .png(should be with jpg.gif,bmp)ull find it

-now u need to upload ur pic on ur website or somewhere like photobucket
i just made those 2 pics pretty fast just to show u so u can try it,u can do better than that wallpapers PNG im gonna work on this and try to make a few more anyway....

-Now that u got the url for ur wallpaper take ur phone and open the web

exemple=http://www.freewebs.com/festop/screeching.PNG

-in menu choose "Go to url" and u know what to do next....its the hardest part,×××× its a pain in the ××× to type a long url on this but id rather do that than pay $2 for a foo-fooing wallpaper and i dont wanna buy this expensive notsosureifitsreallyworking cable...

now that ur on the page ur gonna save items et voila!

u can do the same with midi but u can only download them as clip sound
