Sending Sony Ericsson T68i pics

I have a T68i (on Tmobile) and i recntly signed up for the yahoo mobile photo album for free. but it said to send the pics trought E-mail or Mms. I tried through e-mail, but it said data account not set up 
. then i tried mms, it worked but its really small ( 160X120)
I was wondering if i could send bigger pictures through Mms, or find out a way to send through E-mail.
It would be greatly appreciated if some one helped me. Thanks in advance.
