P900, can anyone update formware for me in GTA?

Hi all -

I have a P900. It is unlocked and it has the Chinese/English firmware on it., which not being Chinese I do not need.

Is it possible to flash this to just English formware? If so,

a) Any bugs solved if I do?

b) Can anyone do it for me for a reasonable price in the GTA (Toronto areas: I live in Oakville)?
